LET’S GRADUATE CENTER · TWO-WEEK INTERNSHIP
Teaching in a real classroom
I completed a two-week teaching internship at Let’s Graduate Center, teaching from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., four days a week. Working with students in a live classroom setting helped me move from one-to-one tutoring to guiding a group with different needs, levels, and attention spans.
The experience strengthened my classroom-management skills, confidence, timing, and ability to create a focused but encouraging learning environment. I learned to give clear instructions, anticipate questions, and adapt the pace of a lesson without losing the class.

English Program Tutor Training
I completed an 8-hour tutor training focused on lesson preparation, effective online instruction, learner support, and communication. It gave me a structured way to plan sessions while remaining responsive to the learner in front of me.
The training reinforced a principle I now use in every teaching context: clarity and empathy are equally important.

Laboratory training & SOP work
As a Lab Assistant Intern, I supported technical training sessions and edited Standard Operating Procedures. Working in a laboratory environment strengthened my attention to safety, accurate documentation, and shared standards.
I learned that strong scientific work is not only innovative; it is repeatable, understandable, and responsible.

First Aid Training
First Aid training made preparedness feel concrete. It helped me understand the value of staying calm, following clear steps, and responding thoughtfully when another person needs help.
This experience continues to influence the way I approach responsibility in community and team settings.
